We're no economists but caffeine keeps the Australian economy growing (we're almost certain that's how it works), so we REALLY appreciate a caffeine emergency. This emergency option is express dispatch and express delivery. Same day dispatch up to 1pm (any day of the week), and express shipping.

Sydney Locals: If you're in a 10km radius of the roastery (AKA the caffeine line) and order before 1pm you will receive your order that day.

Interstate and Sydney people outside the caffeine line: We will dispatch your order the same day (if you order before 2pm), and ship it express with Australia Post.

Sustainable Coffee Grind Size

This is an approximate guide to help you select the right grind size for your coffee and how you make it!

Grind Classification	Description
Whole Beans	This means you own some type grinder. Grinding fresh is always best.
Espresso	Very fine grind for the pressure of an espresso machine.
Filter	You make your coffee through filter paper. It's sometimes called a V60 or a pour over.
Stove Top	Moka Pot or Bialetti. You're heating your coffee on a stove or camp fire.
Plunger	This is a course grind. French Press or Cafetiere.
Areopress/Peculators	Very course grind. If you don't know what an Areopress is, you don't own one. Percolator think American diner.
